“Making incredible software incredibly simple.” – Damian, is an Infrastructure Architect with over 20 years of IT experience working with global enterprises, currently focused on Cloud Technologies in the Converged Datacentre, with perspective on Service Management Automation for repeatable processes in “Dev/Ops” scenarios, leveraging Software Defined Networks (SDN) and declarative configuration, realised through Azure Resource Manager and Desired State; on both Linux and Windows Stacks.
He has a keen interest in Cloud Computing from both a business strategy and technical viewpoint and has presented sessions on building and managing Private/Hybrid Clouds at a number of industry events. Damian co-authored on multiple books, including Microsoft Private Cloud Computing (Sybex), and Windows Server 2012 Hyper-V Installation and Configuration Guide (Sybex), and Microsot System Center, Building a Virtualized Network Solution (MS Press). Damian is involved in many MS programs including Azure Pack and Stack, is a Microsoft MVP and Cisco Champion.
